  • Spicy beef brisket, cheddar coleslaw and barbecue sauce
  • Tandoori spiced chicken, cucumber, coriander, tomato and mint yoghurt
  • Vietnamese rice paper rolls with nam prik sauce
  • Whole seasonal fresh fruit, a sweet treat and house-made iced tea.
