MELBOURNE, FEBRUARY 23 & 24

Playgrounds is an independent Australian conference dedicated to
Swift and Apple developers

Our aim is simple - to bring the brightest and most influential members of the Swift and Apple development community to Australian shores to discuss ideas, share in knowledge and make lasting relationships within an inclusive environment.

Presentation Topics
Playgrounds will host talks on a range of topics from Swift, to Apple platforms as well as engineering best practices, design and plenty more.

Speaker Access
Playgrounds isn't just about speakers and a room full of people. It's about starting a dialogue around development - one that connects the attendees with presenters. It's more playground than classroom.

Social Events
We want people to take notes, but we also want them to take handles - make connections and hang out in and outside of the event.

Every brand is different and our sponsorship packages are designed to accomodate that.
If you've been looking to get involved in the community, we'd love to hear from you.

Making ends meet as a student is tough. We get that. That's why we're providing some discounted tickets for current full-time and part-time students.

VOLUNTEERS

We're looking for people to help run this event. We'd be stoked if you can help us out for either day, so stoked we'd insist you come in as an attendee on the other day.

Reach out if you're interested, we'd love to hear from you.

DIVERSITY

Unfortunately there are under-represented groups in tech. These include (but aren’t limited to) women, people of colour, the LGBTQIA+ community, and disabled people who may be unable to attend without financial assistance.

Our diversity program is aimed at helping these people by lowering the barriers to entry. Inclusivity is key.
